i remember doing it in madden 19 but i have a online league with 4 of us and couldnt figure out how to import it . nothing was showing up when i started the draft either . dont know if you have to do it earlier in the season or whay

It shows up for the commissioner the first time he enters the scouting menu.

Should be an option in Week 3 of the franchise. If I remember correctly, I imported a real draft class from VC316 the same way I did in my single player franchise.
