I won't copy & paste the entire thing but here are a few bits I found interesting:

“There was a bug in the legacy transfer system that we revamped completely in 18 and have been polishing since."

“Probably because we didn’t take much care of it, it’s been somewhat stale,” he says of Career mode’s popularity.

I really hope that '20 starts the renaissance of career mode. I've always believed that the men and women that actually do the work of coming up with features and doing the programming/coding want to make a great games and that some board room and ignorant middle management people are screwing things up and causing us to end up with crap games. Right now I'm hearing a lot of good talk though which is encouraging just hope they stick the landing and deliver a solid product this year. Demos out soon!!!

I saw Sept 12 was the demo date. Not confirmed but it was in a leaked photo.

First leaked date I saw was the 12th then I saw one more recently for the 10th.

yes, that's exactly how I've seen it, but I hope the demo is coming tomorrow ..
