Formation Subs Not Working?

It seemed like they were fine...I started subbing the holders etc for every team (32 team control) and it worked fine.

The teams I initially edited stuck, but now none will.

Did the last patch mess it up??

I've noticed this as well.

I sub backups in for my special team plays AND for my CPU opponent and this is the first year they don't work.

They stick, but those players don't play.

When I go to the box score and hit the "General" tab for Downs Played, those ST / Backup guys have zero.

However, I subbed my power back into a few of the third down backs gun formations and THOSE work.

Same for subbing my RDE into the NT spot in Quarters, etc.

What's up and does anybody know if EA is aware of this?
