Does sim points of emphasis only affect simmed games only?

Do these settings affect those games i play against cpu in myleague???? Or they do nth, just for tode games i dont play and i sim them?!? Thx!

I mean like for those games i actuallly play, i shud be allowed to set how i want to play against the cpu before or during the game right?

Touches are the equivalent of those settings for players when games are played, playbooks and playtypes also incide on played games ... and of course, ACE, defensive settings, etc.

For simmed games, shot tendency and those settings (sim points of emphasis) are what determine who do teams run offenses and shots and scheme for.
