Seems like a really good necessary step. Especially if they can help negotiate the compensation for video games for athletes

This sounds nice. The NFLPA has the experience and expertise with regards to likenesses and what not. I hope all parties can come together on something that benefits the players, NCAA and the schools. It doesn't need to be an adversarial thing.

That would make sense. Then the companies sign an agreement with the union and they are covered.
