Here is the Overall Matters option of the save, this helps if you want to play MyCareer and want to progress with the rookies from the last 2 years, plus all the teams are equally leveled if they have 2 or more stars, teams like Hornets will struggle for the first 3 seasons before some of the rookies get up there in OVR.

Let me know what you find out. I'm not sure how to transfer this .rar file to the xbox 360.

how do you get the .rar roster file loaded into the xbox 360 platform?
