Can’t download/merge new roster

Says I have too many rosters (even though I don’t) and freezes every time. Won’t let me download or merge roster. Asked EA Support and they haven’t helped at all

Nvm.. appeared to fix the issue by deleting the online older rosters which makes zero sense. Not my custom... the roster updates. EA is a joke

How do you merge a custom roster and an online roster? I've tried and it didn't work for me. Would like to keep one of my created teams.

Try following .... step 1 .... download the new EA Roster and mark as current..... step 2 shut down the game and restart again...... step 3 start to merge first the EA Roster with the arrow button, after merge with your custom Roster...... step 4 shut down the game and restart ..... than created Teams and Players should be in.
