2K19 MyLeague sim issue with player minutes

Hey all,

In my current MyLeague I have rotations for 3 of my starters in the low 30's for minutes, the other 2 in the high 20's and my 6th man in the high 20's. When I sim games my starters play in the high 30's/low 40's, my 6th man in the high teens, and 3 or 4 of my end of bench guys play only a minute or two. I have bench utilization set to 9, and no matter what I do changing coaching sliders, preferences, etc. I can't get the simmed minutes to work properly.

Some details about the league: It's a fantasy drafted team with a roster of today's players mixed with legends/all-stars from the past. The coach is a created coach who I edited to balance out their offense/defense/potential and style preferences. After I fired my previous coach (Thibs, ugh) and hired this new one I think is when this started, however I had only simmed 1-2 games and wasn't looking closely at the stats.

How many minute quarters did you set it up for?

I play 10 and have sim set to 12.

I tried tweaking the two 'adjust sim minutes/stats' options and that didn't work.
