Madden 20 for PC

I recently acquired a gaming PC and I'm half interested in getting Madden 20 for it. I have questions though.

I'm curious about mods for this game. I have no interest in playing online, only single player framchise for me. Curious as to where I can find franchise mods. Also, are there mods that give the ability for hold outs, suspensions, different injuries, etc. etc.

If anyone has information it would be greatly appreciated.

Could someone help me. So I have Madden 20 on PC running direct x11 with all Graphics on ultra but the football fields in my game are so blurry I can barely make out the logo or team names in the end zone everything else looks perfect though
