Do players grow/gain weight in dynasty?

As the title says, do players grow/gain weight in dynasty?

I couldn’t much in the search specially for NCAA 14. If I don’t get the answers I’m looking for, I’ll do some research and report back!

I do know that players will gain weight in the off-season, during training. I've seen weight gain on most players that varies depending on other factors (school prestige level).


I don't recall seeing any players grow height wise during this phase though.

I feel like I've seen weights increase, but I've never tracked it.

Yes, players do gain weight, I have never seen them lose weight. I have seen a fluctuation as great as 30 lbs from one year to another on one of my running backs.

I haven't seen any changes in height however.

I have seen small weight gains over the course of a players 4-5 years but in my 7 years with the game I have not seen players get taller. I record a lot of data in notebooks, I went back to look at my longest running dynasty 25 seasons (played from 2014-2018), I did not have a single player get taller. I did have a large number of players gain weight though. I played 18 of the seasons at UGA so I would have had the school report card factors in play.
