My Team or Just Me? A Question about How Sliders Impact Gameplay.

I have a question that I hope someone can answer. I play on player-lock. Do slider adjustments for User only impact my selected player, or do they impact my entire team? Or, to look at it another way, do CPU sliders impact all AI players or just the opposing team? Will a boost of the User 3-point slider, only impact my shot, or does it affect my AI teammates too?

Many thanks for considering my request.

User sliders should impact our entire team including your AI teammates. The CPU settings impact the opposing CPU controlled team.

I agree that they should, I just don't know if they do. I see it just like you do.

For the longest time it felt like user sliders affected your teammates but something about 2K19/2K20 made me think they switched it to User=Player Controlled, AI=non-Player Controlled (teammate or not).

But to be honest nobody can make a jumpshot on either side in 2K21 right now. So I have no clue.

I'm feeling the same way. My guys shoot much better than I do, especially from 3 point range. My games are super fun, sometimes and the rest of the time it's a blowout one way or the other. I do get the rare, down to the wire game, but they are rare. Better teams are almost guaranteed to put one on me. As it should be, I guess.
