Does LeBron have 2 different Jumpshot animations?

I just discovered this recently on current gen. Seems like in one animation he takes the ball more behind his head, in the other one more in front of his face.

Has anyone else noticed this? Also, I don't know what influences which animation the game chooses, seems completely random to me. That makes it hard to really learn the jumpshot since the timing is slightly different on both animations.

I know that this was the case in previous games both with Paul George and Paul Pierce. Both had two differing shot animations and it was just completely random which triggered.

This is how it used to be yeaaars ago with Bron. Had two different jumpshots where he sometimes would follow through and sometimes not. Was accurate because dude's form was inconsistent as hell lol. But ever since Miami it's been pretty much the same.

thats a nice attention to detail if true.

now they need to get dame lillard's sig jumper cause that's not his shot. He was a cover athlete hah he has a lower release point and the base is off.
