I know this is a very stupid question but I don't know how to load my custom roster for quick play game mode on Next Gen nba 2K21? This is my first time to play xbox console

I'm not exactly sure as I'm on ps5 but it must say on the bottom left while you are on the team select screen? Those help suggestions arent static so even if it doesnt say immediately, gocmve it a sec and the suggestions scroll through.
