myLeague (New CBA & TV Deal)

I'm in year 2 of a myLeague franchise and during the off-season @ the league meetings I came across a note at the top of the rule change page that reads:
"YEARS UNTIL NEW CBA DEAL: 0"
"YEARS UNTIL NEW TV DEAL: 8"

This is by far not my first franchise and I have never been able to figure out what to do when the CBA & TV deals expire. I see no options to do anything and so I sim and eventually the note says 7 years until new CBA deal.

My question is: what am I supposed to do and how do those deals effect my team and the league?

I think in rule changes there are new options regarding contracts at least during either the CBA or TV years I don’t recall. Usually like increase salary cap by 10M or something like that.
