Playoff Roster Adding players off IL before next series

Pretty sure I know the answer (Bug) but I will throw it out

My Yankees franchise just moved onto to ALCS. D.J. LeMahieu is off the IL before the series. He is eligible for the post season but when I went to activate him it only says remove from playoff roster. When I tried that it said that I could not because he is on the IL.

It looks like after doing some research here that this has never been fixed. True ?

To my most recent knowledge, it has not been fixed. The “best” solution would be to keep anyone who would return from injury during the postseason on your active roster at all times.

If a player is on IL in playoffs.... move him down to Triple-A and then you can move him back to MLB spot
