With scouting around the corner there is one more "feature" I'd like to see overhauled. One that I think breaks the on-the-field game play more than anything else.

THE HIT STICK.

Change the hit stick to a precision tackling stick and get rid of all the absolutely stupid animations around this. IMO the tackling would look great with this change.

I’d rather see CPU be tuned for playcalling and game logic before anything else. It can ruin a game sometimes.

Bro I feel you on this for reals man!!! People be hitsticking and not even in an position or place body wise to even make these kinds hits that should have done more harm than good!

And please take out the setting that allows the WHOLE team to be hitstick artists please!

Just like everything else, not everyone is capable skill wise and all of doing certain things and in madden everything from everyone is possible

I have literally despised it since its inception, and agree with you 100% about how it should be changed, but it is arguably the most popular Madden gameplay mechanic ever(sadly IMO) and thus this is unlikely to happen.

As they've removed so many other over the top aspects of gameplay the last few years, the retention of this feature in it's current form jarringly stands out.

Both should happen but I do agree with the others that more CPU AI improvements should always take precedence though if a choice has to be made.

I don't mind the hit stick but the physics are completely ridiculous and there's next to no downside. If it was properly balanced into the situational move that it should be, I wouldn't mind it.

For me it would be the ability to after playing a game actually get back to the hub so I can save.
