MLB 22: MLB 12 The Show Launch Day

Hey everyone,

Growing up I was a huge fan of baseball and got really into the MLB around the time Bryce Harper and Mike Trout were bursting onto the scene as stars. It was during this time that I sank countless hours into MLB The Show on my PS3. I always wanted to play those games again with today's graphics and capabilities. So with that in mind, I've decided to take the initiative and "create" the MLB 12 The Show day one roster!

How is this done I'm sure you're asking. Well to take all bias and any rose-tinted glasses effects out of play, I am using RPCS3 on my PC with a copy of MLB 12 The Show. By doing this, I am able to create accurate rosters with attributes and player details that were decided by the developers in March 2012.

So What's Included?

-25 Man Opening Day Rosters & Lineups
-Free Agents
-Accurate Player Ages
-Accurate Service Time, Height/Weight, etc.
-Accurate Stances/Motions (to the best of my ability), Ratings, Pitch Repertoires

To Be Added:

-Accurate Contracts
-Replace Legends with Created Versions for Accuracy
-Top Prospects?
-Equipment Updates?


Doing this is a massive undertaking for just one person. I have to create players if they aren't in the vault and then edit every single rating one by one for roughly 750 players. If anyone would like to help by creating players and uploading them to the vault so all I have to do is edit ratings it would be much appreciated. Anyways, thank you all and I hope that this project is something that interests you as much as it does me!

Beta Version 0.2 has been uploaded to the vault which includes the complete AL East & Central.

-Also, every player in this roster now has correct attributes for every player currently in the roster from MLB 12 The Show Day One.

-All Legend players from the AL East + Central have been replaced with a created version if not from 2012 for improved accuracy as well.
