Can anyone give me some advice on what they do when the app will not open, please? I will force close, reset my phone, airplane mode, shut off my wifi, etc., but it will still sit with a white screen and the OS symbol until it decides to fix itself.

Edit: I forgot I have the OS App, not Tapatalk. This is the wrong place, but I will leave it incase someone can help.

Did you try deleting the app and reinstalling it

I did just now, and now I had to download Tapatalk because I cannot find the OS App anymore, haha.

Ya, the license expired on Google Play. Still there on iOS, not sure for how long. No need to renew since the new forum software will not be compatible anyways.

So that's the end of the OS app?
I deleted it and tried reinstalling it because I had the same issues, but obviously it's gone.

Guess I have to go back to Tapatalk then. I hate the ads and amount of space it took up on my phone vs the OS app, but I guess the OS app just couldn't keep up.

Tapatalk does have an ad free version. You do have to pay for it but I think it was only a few dollars.
