Upcoming FCW Talent

With Damien Sandow, Sakamoto, Abraham Washington, and Antonio Cesaro (Claudio Castangoli) being called up, and the recent Dean Ambrose (Jon Moxley) fued or what not with Foley, which I along with others are assuming will be played out on TV. Who else could be ready? Seth Rollins (Tyler Black) seems like the next most obvious, but after that I'm not sure what's left. Kassius Ohno (Chris Hero) seems like the next obvious, but he's certainly a few months or more behind the rest of them. He's not in horrible shape, but a little rust is showing, and he isn't back to moving around like he had been. It seems like he didn't do much from his last ROH date to his FCW debut, but that could change quickly. IMO he has some of the best in-ring talent, but I'm not sure if he's able to showcase that in 8-12 minute matches. As for the rest of FCW, Bo Rotundo is intriguing, as well as Husky Harris' new gimmick, I wouldn't mind seeing them work together as a tag team. Also Richie Steamboat may do some damage. Can't forget Raquel Diaz (Eddie and Vickie's daughter) and Paige (Brittany Knight from Shimmer).

Take a look at Ohno's 4/15 FCW match, he's improving, maybe 3-4 months at most. I love the rolling elbow. And on that FCW Ambrose and James Bronson (?) have a submission match. And Ambrose delivers a solid post match promo.

I believe Husky Harris is the most TV ready of those still down in FCW. I just say that because of how he was apart of Nexus, which was groundbreaking at the moment. Seth Rollins is an obviously choice as well is K.O.

The E recently signed Brodie Lee. He did a GREAT fued with Claudio back when and they both delivered solid promos. Watch for him to make a quick rise, if given a solid gimmick and test of time.

Re: Upcoming FCW Talent

But Husky can't find a solid gimmick. I just wish they would let guys like him and McGillicudy keep their dad's names. It's sad.

And Rollins is definitely ready in ring, but they "need a gimmick to be called up" and he's not great on the mic. But he'll put on good matches. I had missed the last two weeks of FCW, but caught up on them today, and KO has drastically improved, much less stiff.

I'm hoping they're able to do something with Brodie Lee, man he moves good in the ring for being 6'7"-6'8". Plus he's Claudio and Hero's age, so he shouldn't need a bunch of time, maybe the end of this year, early next year, depending on how soon he starts.

The thing is the big four of the future Cesaro, Ohno, Rollins, and Ambrose all bring something different to the table that will make it really fun to be a fan. Granted Cesaro and Ohno are 31 or 32, so they are up there, as Danielson and Punk are also 32, 33. (unfortunately Punk said he's not wrestling 10 more years), but they still have some good years ahead. And Rollins being 25 and Ambrose 26, that's what's going to be fun, as I'm sure their paths will cross again, but this time on the big stage.

Re: Upcoming FCW Talent

Husky's worst problem is.. he's big. But the E has so many current 'big guys', he can't have that gimmick and get it over.

I hope they do something with Brodie. Badly.
