Roster Question

I have had a google and I cant find anything to confirm either way, but if anyone can explain how the roster will work in terms of the following, it would be appreciated:

1 - If I buy the base game (not pre-ordered / deluxe edition), will I get the WWE / NXT / Divas as my wrestling roster?

2 - Then to get the LEGENDS, i have to buy an extra DLC pack?

3 - Then there is to be a further roster addition via DLC, the set that will include Scott Hall?

From there another quick question, can I recreate the nWo and costumes in game> ie are they there already to select?

Im an old man now and my memories of WCW/WWE Attitude era keep me hanging on to wrestling.. so to be able to use Hall and Nash would be a purchase for me.

1.The WWE/NXT/Divas are all unlocked to begin with from what I see(minus an alternate attire or two) Some legends are unlocked but some have to unlocked via Showcase.

2. The legends listed on the 120+ roster are on disc not dlc

3. a future dlc does contain Scott Hall, yes.
