Amazon release day delivery issue?

So I just tried to preorder from Amazon and as a prime member I'm supposed to get free release day shipping. It says click free 2 day delivery to receive it on release day which is the 11th. But when I do that it shows the deli very date as the 13. Then it gives me the option to change it to 1 day shipping for delivery for $4.

Anyone know what's going on here? I've never seen this issue.

That happened to me as well. So I backed out and just went digital. I don't get it. I think it's cause we waited so late to order. I know that sounds stupid, but I have never had issue before with Prime.

And trust me, my wife makes our front porch look like an Amazon holding facility, so she uses Prime free shipping all the time with no issues.

Last time it did that I ordered overnight shipping to get release day, called customer service and told them about it and they gave my free shipping for overnight (which made it release day delivery)

Not a bad idea to give Amazon a call if your set on a disc and not digital.

Same happens to me. I pre-ordered the nxt edition back in August the. I got the email said it won't be here till Thursday! So I canceled it and went digital

That had to be tough call. Since many have struggles to find the NXT version.

You could just chat them instead of calling, probably even easier and they credit things like that fairly easily.
