The NL won the All-Star Game, securing home field advantage for the lucky club that makes it to the Series (no bs, it happened, haha).

If the playoffs were to begin today, here's the current divisional champs:

AL East: Tampa Bay (1)
AL Central: Minnesota (3)
AL West: Texas (4)
AL Wild Card: New York (2)

Tampa Bay vs Texas and Minnesota vs New York

Sizable leads for the Twins and Rays. The Angels are only 3.5 behind Texas, trying to make a push.

NL East: Philadelphia (1)
NL Central: St. Louis (3)
NL West: Arizona (4)
NL Wild Card: New York (2)

Philly vs Arizona and St. Louis vs New York

Quite the matchups so far. Very, very slim leads in the NL Central and West. The Reds and Astros are nipping at the Cards heels and the Dodgers and Padres are aiming to put up a fight down the stretch.

The fight for the postseason begins to heat up as the Rays stroll into town to face the Yanks. Down by 7 games in the East, this is a big series for NY.
