Sleep Issues

Ok, so its like 4 in morning, and I can't seem to fall asleep. The worst part is, this seems to be a reoccurring trend now. For the past couple of weeks, whenever I try to go to sleep, I just lay in bed for a good hour plus before I seem to have a chance at falling asleep. I don't know what it is... I feel tired; I just can't seem to fall asleep. I hate seeing my roommates being able to just lay down in bed and pass out in like 5-10 minutes while I'm just stuck waiting for sleep. One of my roommates said to read a book or just go online until I get tired enough, but my point is I feel tired enough already. Its pretty frustrating being up at 4 AM not doing anything because I actually want to get some sleep. I don't know. Whatever. End rant.

LOL, but seriously, I feel your pain. I've been like this for years now, tho I'm more a nighgt person anyway. More awake at night....just call me part One cause for your insomnia might be stress. You got a lot going on in your mind still as you lay down? Are you thinking about stuff while in bed?

I do get much more work done at night. It's like my brain decides it wants to be extra useful after 11 p.m.
