this looks amazing but i have a question


i heard that ratings don't matter for this, so does that mean any QB can throw to anywhere on the field regardless of their stats?


can i be at the 1 yard line and throw a 99 yard pass?

I think the ratings don't matter in terms of accuracy. I'm sure throw power will still be enforced.

I can easily see this being exploited. Wheel routes will be so OP this year.

The only thing to offset this , is the player has to sit in the pocket and precise with it meaning they are wide open to the pass rush. I'm guessing alot of casuals will not be patient enough to do this.

That and people will blitz out their minds. I know if I'm playing someone who is using TP every play, I'll be sending heat every play.

They'll watch a couple YT videos how to exploit the game. You'll face guys who run 2-3 plays and hot route 10x.

Color me cynical

The addition is nothing but video game gimmick for H2H

I'm incredibly excited for this. The neutral TP (the free cursor one) is already my choice. Just looks fun.

One of my favorite things in all of gaming was an NFL QB Club game on PS2...it had Favre & Gannon on the cover. Anyway, you could play the QB challenge which included events with a cursor like this, and you had to hit moving targets. I used to play that mode for hours...now I hit moving targets with a cursor in Madden.

I don't play online, so this will be great for me. I hope this continues to be expanded on in years to come, to include ratings.
