I just hope that they continue to build on these features and not take them out the next year. Madden 17 had "tackle battles" which was met with a lukewarm response at best, then they scrapped it, and now they're basically bringing it back a few years later.

The mid-air collisions are kind of a step back toward the two-man scripted animations that they finally got away from in 22.

Graphically, it looks great and really does look "next-gen."

Wish I would of seen more low tackles. Guys getting their ankles wrapped up and 2 or 3 guys either standing him up or bringing him down slow for bigger D-Henry type runners.. Too many 2 man tackles where the 2nd guy just throws his shoulder into the ball carrier.

Each of the elements discussed in this video are rehashes of the same selling points from the past.

Gang tackles, adding to the pile, tackle battles...wasn't that long ago we saw these introduced as new features.

Skill based passing? Literally everything this video said in regards to it is used almost every time they do something to passing. Its total control passing, but with a meter.

360 cuts? I remember when it was called true step.
