Pick n Roll...

Is it me or did I miss something... Everytime I call this play my big takes his sweet time coming over and setting the pick... once the pick is set and I make my move in this case to pass the ball to him why doesn't he roll to the basket

just holding down B does a pick and roll i'm pretty sure. holding the left trigger and pressing b should do a pick and pop. tapping b should do a slip screen.

not sure if this will help you are not, not really sure why your big man isn't rolling.
