i think Rivers is one of the more clutch players coming out of this draft (just about everyone remembers the shot over Zeller in chapel hill) but playing PG is gonna kill his game at the nba level.

best 5 3pt shooters coming out of this draft Jenkins, D. Lamb, Barnes, Lillard, Rivers.

Beal is top 10 though
Too bad Rivers is a horrible mid range shooter, he only made 1 mid range jumper during the entire season

Barnes is NOT a better shooter, and this is coming from a UNC fan. When Barnes is on, he's on but when he's not..things get ugly. One thing I disliked the most about Barnes is when it's time to go in to "takeover mode", he's busy passing up open shots and opportunities to score in the lane or possibly draw a foul.

Beal along with Wall will be fun to watch and fun to play with in 2K.

Okay seriously, do some research before making false presumptions.

Beal's 3pt percentage was down early in the season and picked up in the end. A few factors play into this.

1.) Beal played out of position for the first time in his career he was on the ball dominant guard. He played the 3 where his natural position is a SG. Therefore he was defended by and defended much larger guys than he was used too.
2.) He was asked to do much more than come off screens and shoot 3s. Being Florida's SF it was much more vital (for our system) that he rebound well and attack the rim.
3.) Erving Walker was/is NOT a point guard and this diminished opportunities for Beal to be in a position to catch and shoot.

I could go on and on but all one has to do is watch the tape to see how deadly Beal is.

I'm sure he is the real deal. Pointing out that there are better shooters in the draft doesn't make Beal any less special. You are a little biased though no?
