You have to get a Rare+ card with just 1 card left on the board. That goal is possibly the most annoying one, so I'd recommend skipping it.

Thanks for the tip I will quit worrying about that one. I'm glad I got a epic card it got me to the next tier to get UR cards and I'm ready for the team rewards now

Usually the case in the 1st few RCs, it's "easier". I expect a spike in the next few RCs
