If I was a taxpayer in California, I wouldn't accept a new stadium using a penny of state funding given the financial trouble it's in right now.

Maybe they can share with the Raiders?

I think it is the taxpayers of Santa Clara County and the 49ers that are footing the bill for this. And no way would Al Davis share his stadium with the 49ers. Not to mention, the Oakland Coliseum is a dump.

Al Davis would rather die than share a stadium. Although that's a SEXY stadium. Looking forward to playing there when Oakland battles you guys.

It's an interesting design overall.

It's got the ENVIORMENTAL ideas you expect from a San Fransico project but the capital concerns are covered by what looks like a massive amount of club/luxury suites.

The one thing I wonder about when they design new stadiums...looks like a "quiet" stadium with all the places sound can bounce out.
