I guess we can still hope that:

A) RSE doesn't accept the agreement
B) RSE can't come up with the money
C) Goldwater sues
D) Arizona Cowboy returns

I can't believe it.... Glendale city council makes Toronto City Council look like geniuses. (at least in this case) Hopefully this falls through or the Goldwater Group and whatnot will sue.

Oh and this Chavira guy? Wow....
