It's meaningless...they'll just get some other super-corrupt jerk-off to step into his shoes. I think it's pretty clear at this point - FIFA isn't "riddled with corruption" or "plagued by corruption" or any other description we've seen of late; rather, FIFA itself is corruption. The president/members are simply the executors.
