Wow, that reads more like a list of everyone that ever appeared in the promotion, as opposed to a HoF nominee list. I know watered down hall of Fames was a thing.. but damn !

Now idk who's actually gonna be put in so I'm obviously not criticizing that, but it looks like the ppl submitting these are just trowing out any name they can think of. Where's Uncle Elmer and Outback Jack ?

The guys I would nominate are def all on there already, but I would say since this is a WWF HoF, I wouldn't be including guys who so much better in other promotions like the Road Warriors, Luger, The Steiners, Duggan, ect..

Hell yea. Did you ever see the vignettes where Adonis goes to Texas and Murdoch goes to NYC ? Great stuff ! And when they tore apart Chief Jay Strongbow on TnT ? Hahaha

Some moments that are burned into my memory and really made me nuts about wrestling was when Snuka went off the top of the cage on Muraco and Piper smashing coconuts over Snuka's head on the Pit.

As far as my favs for the 80s WWF, I loved the North South connection with Murdoch and Adonis and Savage when he first came in as a heel.

I remember stuff like the Grand Wizard managing Superstar Billy Graham and Sgt. Slaughter's cobra clutch challenge so it had to be very early in the 80s. Back then I was also really captivated by the territories too, but living up in NY my only exposure to it was the mags until one day I stumbled on what must have been World Class on one of the UHF channels. It came in kinda fuzzy but I do remember seeing guys like Kabuki and The Freebirds on there and being like ...holy sh!t !! I finally get to see the guys from the mags !

Of course after that every Saturday or whatever, I'd be scouring the UHF channels looking for wrestling. lol
