Just drew a conclusion from my PMs that I would like to share with the other ladies of the night once results come up.

Heck, it is probably worth mentioning now in the event that I end up dead (slim possibility, but hey).

If you see someone in your PMs, but they are not a prostitute or a john, then that person almost certainly has a special role.

Based on my understanding of the players/roles this has been 100% true so far.

The people of Whitechapel are jubilant at the lynching of Mr Hyde. With two vicious killers now dead, they feel they are much closer to their goal. Evil still haunts the district, but people feel a little safer going out at night.

That seems true on this night, as many are out and about, celebrating their day time success or doing business as usual. It is a moonless, overcast night, but there is no fog to add any eeriness to the darkness.

Th good feelings continue through the night. There are no death screams or hideous monsters about or unexplained disturbances. Some think perhaps the evil is gone. The wise know this is not true.

One such has ordered an arrest again tonight. In the Commercial district, constables show up at the door of LoneStarGirl. She is home, and opens the door at their request. They proceed to arrest her on the charge of murder! The constables refuse to name the specific murder, but state that it will be posted the next day.

They march LoneStarGirl to the jail in Whitechapel, with no incidents.

Shortly thereafter, Swaggs is released from jail due to insufficient evidence.

The sun soon rises on a town where no one met their end, much to the surprise of everyone.

But the lynches must go on.

That was what I thought as well. Although it also crossed my mind that he would have went to hook up with a prostitute just like the rest of us can attempt to and if he finds one at that point he would kill them. Although the fact he didn't kill on night 1 makes me thing you are correct blade.

Cronin, earlier in the game you asked why I was playing the way that I was. Basically, I thought that I could start the bodyguard vs killer role going early by strongly hinting at having the ability to gather information. I also think I gave off enough of a hooker vibe to draw Jack's attention. What I hoped to see was that the other prostitutes stayed way out of site, letting me serve as a lightning rod for prostitute speculation/conversation. Barkeep played along with it, voting for me even though he had seen me and knew I was a prostitute.

That plan went out the window on Day 2 when Blade came out gunning for Barkeep as a killer. I think SnDvls showed his hand pretty clearly that day defending Barkeep. And I revealed that Barkeep (but not SnDvls) was a prostitute.

Anyways, I don't know if it was the right way to play my role or reveal my information, but that is why I was playing in that fashion. I said I would save it for post-game conversation, but we are far enough along at this point that there is no real harm in talking about this.

Why do men have nipples?

To tell you the truth, nobody really knows. The best explanation I've been able to find (and frankly it doesn't explain very much) is that nipples aren't a sex-linked characteristic. In other words, nipples are just one of those sexually neutral pieces of equipment, like arms or brains, that humans get regardless of sex.

As you may know, every human being gets a unique set of 23 pairs of chromosomes at conception. These fall into two categories. One pair of chromosomes determines sex--the XX combination means you become female, the XY combination means you become male.

The other 22 pairs, the non-sex chromosomes (they're called autosomes), supply what we might call the standard equipment that all humans get. These 22 pairs constitute an all-purpose genetic blueprint that in effect is programmed for either maleness or femaleness by the sex chromosomes. The programming is done by the hormones secreted by the sex glands.

For example, the autosomes give you a voice box, while the sex hormones determine whether it's going to be a deep male voice or a high female voice. Similarly, the autosomes give you nipples, and the sex hormones determine whether said nipples are going to be functioning (in females) or not (in males).

One interesting consequence of the developmental set-up just described is that during the very early stages of fetal life, before the sex hormones have had a chance to do their stuff, all humans are basically bisexual. Among other things, you have two sets of primitive plumbing--one male, one female. Only one set develops into a mature urogenital system, but you retain traces of the other for the rest of your life.

It's tempting, therefore, to say that male nipples are yet another vestige of your carefree bisexual youth. Trouble is, male nipples are hardly vestigial. They're full-sized and fully equipped with blood vessels, nerves, and all the usual appurtenances of functioning organs. Why this should be so nobody knows--in some other mammals, such as rats and mice, male nipple development is completely suppressed by the male sex hormones. (Incidentally, don't start thinking that at one time our human male ancestors must have suckled their young. So far as anybody knows, male lactation has never developed in any mammalian species.)

In the adult male, the dormant glands can still be revived by a sufficient dose of estrogen. Actual lactation is rare--only a couple cases have been recorded. But at least one writer (Daly, 1978) has suggested that the "physiological impediments to the evolution of male lactation do not seem individually surmountable." Meaning we may yet see the dawn of the truly liberated household.

Changed jobs, got new hours and have spent time with my girlfriend and friends. The reason for not playing werewolf was I was trying to figure out how exactly I could play working from 130-10PM without having any internet access at work.

And to tell you the truth, changing jobs was a VERY hard decision being as how I spent 3 years in college to get a degree and then realized I did not want to do what I was doing. Thus it was a huge decision when I quit being a nurse and took a job making 10$ on the hour less to be more happy. I've also been trying to figure out how I'm going to go back to school and what for now that I have a huge college loan payment and make alot less money than I should be.

Well, my vision is kind of anti-climatic now. In my opium haze I saw dubb being questioned by Blade & cronin -- dubb is guarded but tells them he's a Londoner and then walks toward Izulde, who is explicitly identified as a prostitute.

The death of Hyde and the lack of deaths in the night has greatly encouraged the impoverished residents of Whitechapel. Despite that, the ringleaders of the lynch mob continue to speak out of the evil that still exists.

Two such people are Blade and st. cronin, who claim to be the famous detective Sherlock Holmes and his sidekick Watson. While no one is too sure of this, they do know that Blade led them to Hyde, hanging him last night, and seem willing to follow that lead today.

And today, Blade is pointing the finger at dubb93! He says he has no doubt that dubb93 is the American werewolf. It is a landslide--the mob gathers in eager anticipation for the lynching of dubb93, while the suspect himself waffles between admitting to Blade's accusation, and blaming others, like path12.

The irony is that LoneStarGirl is also in jail, under the charge of murdering Tyrith on Night One, a death previously attributed to the American werewolf, and the mob wants to lynch her, too. Will they be allowed to kill two people for the same crime?

It is decided--hang dubb93 first. If he is not the American werewolf, then LSG must be the guilty party.

The noose is place around dubb93's neck, and he is yanked up into the air, kicking and trying to scream (though cut off by the constricting rope). The sun has just about set, and on the far side in the eastern sky, the moon peaks out. Suddenly dubb93 starts to sprout hair and claws as his body convorts on the rope. With his suddenly dangerous hands, he claws above at the rope, and his sharp claws cut through it!

With a snarl, he falls to the ground as people start to run away. He heads straight for Blade! There is nothing Blade can do--he is dead to rights, and dubb93 is a powerful creature as a werewolf. dubb93 leaps for Blade's throat to sink into his tasty flesh, when a shot rings out. dubb93 yelps as he his hit by a shot and knocked to the side of Blade.

A constable has shot dubb through the heart with a rifle. He is dead, because the constable thought ahead to buy some silver bullets. Blade is shaken, but okay.

There is less blood lust in the mob now, especially as they see that dubb93 was indeed the werewolf, so LoneStarGirl could not have been.

The constables announce they will not lynch LoneStarGirl today, but will jail her for another day to consider the evidence. They say to expect a new charge by the next day, or that she will be released for insufficient evidence.

LoneStarGirl is led back off to jail, while the mob is left to consider the happenings of the day.

It is unclear what the weather will end up being tonight, but is fairly clear right now.

DAY FIVE IS OVER. NIGHT FIVE NOW BEGINS. NIGHT ACTIONS ARE DUE AT 7 A.M. EST/4 A.M. PDT MONDAY.

With three monsters killed in three nights, the mood of the district is now buoyant. There is a mood to party tonight, especially with a clear moon that now brings no danger with it with the death of the American werewolf.

The bars are full and the whores are out. The revelry goes on for most of the night, and the celebration is not broken by any untoward screams in the night.

It is not a night without events, though. The constables are called to a small room in Whitechapel just before dawn, the sort used by prostitutes to entertain their clients in private.

In there, they find Barkeep, dead in bed. It is unclear what she died of. They have marked it "under investigation."

They do note that she has apparently been robbed, as witnesses noted she had been doing quite well for herself and had a sizable savings upon her.

It's an odd situation, but one the people of Whitechapel will spend little time considering right now. After all, who cares if one more whore meets her end here? She won't be the first or the last.

No, two things. He was poisoned, i can promise that..second, its not sure how long this poison takes, and therefore LSG being in prison means nothing if she hooked-up with barkeep at all this game. I'm not 100% willing to accept that the poison was slow-acting. That could have been something planted by Dubb to create confusion when the ability is strictly limited to a kill type the bad guys get. However, that would imply that there was communication between the bad guys - something that we had not achieved consensus on either.
