This kind of reminds of the questions I used to have about certain players and coaches. For a long time in video games linebacker Lavar Arrington former Redskins/current Giant would never be in the game. It would say OLB #56 and sometimes OLB#54 where his name were suppose to be. Also Coach Parcells aka The Coach(in video games) was not in the games at least in 2K5. Now they are/were apart of the NFL, yet their names were not used, only a type of likeness. I guess my point is just b/c you are have a contract with the NFL doesn't mean that you are part of the NFLPA. Which would mean that they are two separate entities.

I don't remember this game. What did have ? Real players names and fake teams? or Real teams and fake players with their likeness?

This game had real players with fake teams. They did have real NFL teams colors though. Also if you check the bottom of the box, isn't that the NFLPA logo?

huh...very interesting...does anyone know for a fact that ea sports' exclusive deal is with the nfl and the nflpa or just the nfl or what?
