No new players to draft in second season (All players available from the beginning). No player progression (All players have static attributes). The single player portion of this game will be about putting the best team together for your play style. Pick your team play a season. Next, pick most of the same players but change a few around to see if the mix works better, etc.

The Oline choices are very limited, especially guard. I wonder if these players will be on multiple teams in the single player mode. This should be interesting.
