Why don't we wait and see what those mean. "incredible customization" could mean the deepest editor ever, or it could mean the 2k7 team creation which was lame.

Im getting excited but I'm not there yet. The only issue is that the bullet point says "edit your team". I hope we are able to edit every team.

Also, no mention of any kind of franchise mode so I think its strictly season mode this year.

Nothing is "wow" yet. I want gameplay vids and impressions. As good as 2k5 was, it had serious gameplay issues, especially with running up the middle and the secondary was almost impossible to control. As pumped as I am and as much confidence I have in the 2k5 developers....I need to see these things fixed. Overall gameplay just has to be smoother.

It's very possible that the feature will be to begin with a team and build it from the ground up, but you'd have to use it among other teams. That may be why Jeff Thomas said you can't create the NFL.

Side note: The E Rating is for "Mild Language"

Ortiz and EA are watching this game closely. First the Tecmo Bowl dig, then the legends screenshots, 2K HAS EA's attention.

Not that you shouldn't be cautious but when I hear people talk about games that overhyped things I wonder what games? More specifically, what VC created games? I can't think of anything that they ever overhyped. Some didn't like things like FPF or other things like the VIP needed more development but they've pretty much delivered on what they've said... correct me if I'm wrong.

I have no idea what the problem is you're talking about with 2k5 running up the middle.
