I'm in a season and a defensive end on my team is lighting things up. So much so, that I've started to control him from time to time....

On another note, I HOPE that 2K doesn't get the NFL license back. I am so sick and tired of playing with the Giants and the same players year after year after year. THIS let's me be whoever I want and I'm not forced to pick between the Giants and another team.

I LOVE the Giants, but I've grown tired of using them in every game. And, oddly, when I'm NOT using them, I always end up going back...

Anyway, LONG LIVE UNSTARRED DEFENSIVE END!

Sure I've had a couple of interceptions and a few good stops and sacks. Its still about postioning so they can come through if in the right place at the right time.

"Craig Little" from my team leads the league in sacks in my season. He's a undeterred beast.

I've got a DT who's just burning it up. He has four sacks thru 2 games and seems to be unstoppable. I thought your "non-starred" players would be scrubs but this guy is actually good.

I've got a generic DE that is leading my team in sacks. That's with Dan Hampton and Brian Bosworth on defense as well. He's got good speed and seems to get off blocks better than anyone else on the DL.

I noticed a generic DT come up large for me too..but I think it has to do with him having **** Butkus standing behind him, and Clyde Simmons right next to him. Sometimes, I think the O-line prioritizes the biggest threats (like Butkus & Simmons) and will try to double team.... leaving Joe Scrub to come free and clean.

I also have a generic LB on my team named Tony Romo (YUP, TONY ROMO) who has a great eye for the ball. He leads the team in INT's with 2 or 3 while Lester Hayes (my legend CB) has none!!

At this point, my Legends need to sit back and take notes...LOL

when i put it on possession recievers, i got this dude whos number is 86 who keeps coming up with clutch catches. this is the best football game ive played since uhhhhhhhhhhh.
