Fumbles Doesn't Happen that Much Because...

The use of fumbles are so realistic. Not many but when they do happen you'll understand why on a kick off return i had the rocket Ismail and i was spinning off a tackle and then i hopped in the air to jump over someone only to be crushed with a powered up big hit and the ball just went flying out i was disappointed but it was so cool.

Here's a little thing about APF that was always in NFL 2k.

On screen there's a crosshair icon that shows where the ball is in relation to the player. Often times when you fumble the defender will actually hit the ball. You can see this in the replay. It's cool and extremely realistic.


If you want to see more fumbles turn that slider up. I don't know if it works but why not?

I have had quite a few fumbles. 2 of them have cost me games even. I was pissed, but hell, thats just how it goes sometimes.

Good eye...I noticed the same thing in 2k5. I always try to keep the ball on the outside arm when I'm running it (if anyone didn't know, the stiff arm buttons switch hands - just tap it instead of holding it.)

I think amount of fumbles are good, they don't seem random like in other football games. And when you do see them in this game you can see why it happened.

I've fumbled it myself about two or three times since I've been playing this game. I also suppose if you played at a higher difficulty (All-Pro which I play on) then you're more likely to see fumbles.

And also in one of the rain game I played, there were 3 fumbles all together.

The only fumbles I've seen is in crucial times and Roger Craig has fumbled the ball over. Just like he use to do in real life.
