Question about season mode...

I apologize if they have already been answered but here they are:

Is every season the same basically? Because I was under the impression that the legends on a certain team will be different every year.

Also, do you play the same teams/schedule every season? It would give it some variety at least.

I think they will only be different if you pick different players on your team since the CPU teams can't have any of your legends in season mode.
