I think you have to watch the cutscenes. If your QB has leadership and tells a WR or RB to step his game up I think his ability will get temporarily boosted.

I'm sorry, but that can't be how it works in this game. That would make no sense.

Lots of QB's have the Leadership ability. It can't JUST affect their backup QB. That would be beyond stupid. And Walter Payton as well. Arguably the best back ever and he has the leadership bonus -- you think it just affects his FB? No way.

There's gotta be more to it. Let's hope VC can shed some light.
