Make sure you pinch your line it works like a charm

Yes...pinching the line is an absolute must.

If you can force Okoye to the outside, you will shut him down.

Okoye isn't an outside runner...so just try and force him to the outside.

All good points guys. I also find when you have no clue as to what his move will be, concentrating on the outside while having a lb on delayed blitz seems to help some also.
