I'd pay $200 just to ensure there would be a NFL 2k9, 2k10, 2k11,.... 3k00, 3k01... haha. Of course, it would take more than just me. Get on board if we're gonna take this license back from EA!! You know EA has some sort of strategy to steal the NBA & MLB away from 2k.

they cant get the mlb license because 2k has that until 2012, and unlike the nfl with their stupid negotiationing, the nba makes to much money off of all the basketball games and nba live is not outselling 2k so in this department, 2k sports already had a deal lined up with the nba for the license but when they reviewed all their avenues, they couldnt because too much money was to be made.

The NFL license means jack. I would pay $20 for a 2K game with the NFL license. :P

You can drop $60 for a meal easy at a decent restaurant. If you go to a pub, you can spend $60 in an hour. Spending $60 on dozens or even hundreds of hours of entertainment over the course of several months, is stupid?

I don't eat at restaurants and I don't go to pubs. I spend my money on things I feel are worth the investment. I wouldn't think twice about spending $60 on a 2K game for the 360 that's on par with NFL 2K5. I would think twice once the price got up into the $100 range, sure. But games in Canada already cost $80 with tax, so $100 is not much of a jump.
