Has anyone noticed a difference creating a kicker/punter with leadership and special teams demon? what about a kick returner/punt returner with leadership, special teams demon, and the return specialist ability?

No, but I do know that Leadership on an offensive player will result in your scrub/generic kicker being able to kick the ball an extra 5 yards on kickoffs and 3 to 5 yards further on field goals.
