Where are Golds "Essential"?

The way I see it, I try to pick Gold players based on their ability to be on the field. That is, I don't pick a gold OLB because they won't be on the field when I'm in dime. The same with a gold FB or TE since certain packages nullifies them. I like the gold WR/DE route (Rice and White). Though occasionally I'll take a gold RB instead of WR. Though that's just my preference based on my skill level and what I like to do.

Like I said before the abilities mean way more to me than the tier. The abilities like clutch, looseball magnet and others just trump what tier or position they play.

I don't care about tier as much as I care about what ability a player possess that can really help my team on offense and defense.
