Randall with a gold leadership is deadly. He's really doing work for me in the arm chair league.

Not too many of them, but i love Bart Starr. He has gold level leadership and clutch. Hes not the most accurate or strongest armed, but hes well above average at both. To me, u get the most bang for ur buck with him at silver.

Bart Starr is the best one by far. You always have a chance to win with him

When Cunningham plays poorly he takes the whole team down with him
Stabler can be inaccurate at times and he needs a lot of skill position players around him
Manning plays like a bronze. Just not worth the pick
Theisman is good if you want to play RunNShoot
Dawson is good but isn't worth the pick

QFT. He's the captain of my league team, and he is woefully inaccurate. I've watched him overthrow so many wide open guys it makes me sick, and he has zero zip. His ball hangs for days.

I wish it were different, but they actually got him right. He could wing it, but was no Lamonica, and he was only in the low 50's for career completion percentage.

I don't think his leadership is all that powerful, either.

that's another thing i forgot to mention. He is the most savvy QB in the game from what I've seen.

When under pressure, he rarely makes mistakes. I can't tell you how many balls I've just gotten off at the last second to avoid a sack. And when he gets hit while throwing, its either way overthrown (so nobody can pick it) or on the money.

In Season 3, I've given up just 3 sacks in 106 pass attempts over 4 games. And 2 of those came in the same game!

The guy is just cagey.
