Shortly after posting this thread I was actually able to get a few randoms to join a tournament, and I got the achievement. Thanks for your help though guys.

For those of you who still need this achievement, create a tourney for four players, then get 3 others to join your tourney. As admin, just assign yourself the victories and voila you have an achievement without playing. Sometimes it takes 2k a while to recognize you won a tournament and award your achievement, so don't delete the tourney right after you've awarded yourself the championship. Some have stated that it can take up to 24 hours for the achievement to unlock. Just periodically check the tournament notifications for the next day.

If anyone needs people to join their fake tournaments, I am down to join any and all. Just hit me up and I'll help you out. Additionally, if anyone needs any other achievements I can help with those too.
