I was looking to make an All time Michigan team and noticed when I went to create my first gold player I can only assign him 3 abilities. Why can I only assign a gold cap 3 abilities when the gold players already in the game have 5 abilities?

You have to get all the achievements or trophies to get 5 created player abilities
