Can you edit non legend players? & how many create a players options are in the game?

No you can't edit non legend players. You can't edit legend players either.

There are 20 create a player slots. These created players have to be either gold, silver or bronze players.

A team must have 2 Gold, 3 Silver, and 6 Bronze players on their roster.
