I would bet that he has the XBOX 360 ARCADE w/o a hard drive. I had this, then I sprung for a 20gig HDD and now I get the full vid highlights instead of screenshots. You need a hard drive to view highlights...same thing with 2K5 between the XBOX and PS2 versions - PS2 only gets screenshots.
