HELP!!!!!!!!

I was deleting roster files I didnt need and Deleted the ONE roster File I have been working on for a week!! ugh!!!
Is there any ANY way to get it back????

unfortunately no this happens Ive done it countless times and always good teams lol but yea you just gotta back up in season mode and on CPU aswell

You should be able to to into your trash can on your CPU and restore it unless you also emptied out you trash can. You can locate your roster by the last time stamp on it if you remember the last time you worked on it.

I know its too late for this suggestion but if your working on a team and spending hours on it make sure you hit your save button every 15-30 minutes in case your CPU turns off. I have a bad laptop cord and I learned my lesson the hard way.

I went in and looked and looked and even read the manual and find nothing about trash can..

Soryy its called recycling bin. It looks like a trash can on the desktop.
